HeyaHeya — Privacy Policy

In short: Heya collects no data. No account, no server, no ads, no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your device.
What the app stores, on your device only
- Properties, inspections, rooms, meters, keys and signatures you enter.
- Photos taken in the app, with their date, fingerprint (SHA-256) and, if you allow it, the GPS location when taken, as proof of where the photo was taken.
- The floor plan, if you use the LiDAR scan.
This data is never sent to Heya or any third party. It only leaves the device when you choose to share a document (PDF, letter, export archive) through the iOS share sheet, to the recipient of your choice.
Permissions
- Camera: proof photos and floor plan scan.
- Location (while using): to date and locate each photo. Optional.
- Calendar: no access. “Add to calendar” opens the iOS event sheet, which you confirm yourself.
Purchases
Purchases (property pack, Heya Pro subscription) are processed by Apple. Heya receives no payment data. The number of unused packs is kept in your iCloud Keychain so it is not lost if the app is deleted.
Deletion
Deleting a property or an inspection removes its data and photos from the device. Deleting the app removes everything.
This website
getheya.app uses no cookies, no analytics, and no external fonts or scripts. Like any web server, it keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, date), used only to run and secure it. The site is served through the Cloudflare network.
