Heya — Support

Heya helps you do a move-in or move-out inspection from your iPhone or iPad: room by room, with dated photos, an optional LiDAR floor plan and a PDF signed by both parties.

FAQ

What is free?

The whole inspection and its draft preview. The final signed PDF is included in a property pack (all documents for one property) or in the Heya Pro subscription (all properties).

New iPhone?

App settings → “Restore purchases” for the subscription. Unused packs follow your iCloud Keychain.

No LiDAR on my iPhone.

Everything works except the floor plan scan.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. See the privacy policy.
